OECD: Russia’s economic activity rises to 102.77 in August

MOSCOW, Sep 14 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Composite Leading Indicators (CLI), which measure economic activity, rose to 102.77 points in August from 102.38 points in July, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) said in a report on Tuesday.

CLI is a leading indicator for early signs of economic growth or decline for six to nine months ahead. It includes several indicators preceding changes in macroeconomic figures and can be used as a short-term economic development forecast.
